  • Photo Library Access: We access your photo library solely to provide the app's functionality (organizing, cleaning, and viewing). This data never leaves your device.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., button taps, screen views) to help us understand how users interact with the app.
  • Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as model, OS version, and language settings to optimize the app experience.
  • Crash Logs: In the event of a crash, anonymous logs may be sent to help us identify and fix bugs.

To provide its core functionality, PhotoToss requires access to your photo library. This access is strictly used to:

  • Display your photos and videos within the app.
  • Analyze files to identify duplicates and similar items.
  • Allow you to delete unwanted items (moved to "Recently Deleted").

You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, though this will prevent the app from functioning.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of any personal information we process. Since your photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers, they benefit from the native security features of your iOS device (such as FaceID/TouchID and system-level encryption).

We may use third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze usage data to help us improve our Service. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

  • Apple: We use Apple's APIs for photo management and iCloud synchronization.
